Safety is the glue that holds us together, the sacred bond of trust between us and our clients, and the backbone of our business. Compassion, reliability, and safety are the makings of a quality pet care service. Each day we aim to exceed expectations in all three of these areas. Below you will find some of our safety protocols that allow us to provide excellent and worry free service to our clients.
How does Pack Pals keep my pup safe?
• The core of our safety protocols is using our own equipment. We provide our own leashes, safety belts, safety clips, and any extra equipment that your pup may need. The only thing your pup needs is their collar and/or harness and their wagging tail!
• While we are out of the home on a walk or transporting to and from group your pet will be clipped to our body onto our sturdy safety belts. This means that even if we stumble they are attached to us.
• We use safety clips to connect our leash to two items on your dog so if something fails we are still attached! 🐕
• Pup's are securely harnessed in while traveling by car.
• All of our team members carry pet first aid kits in their vehicles.
• All of our team members are receiving pet CPR and First Aid training.
Safety First!
We want your pup to be comfortable, not overwhelmed. For safety reasons our offerings are only available on a recurring basis with a minimum weekly attendance. This allows pups to maintain familiarity with us, each other, and build lasting friendships. Rigorous and ongoing temperament evaluations are done on all pack members to ensure the safest visits possible.
