German Shepherd owner, sweet tea drinker, and pet parent advocate.
Like many animal lovers, Abagail has been surrounded by them her whole life. Some choose this profession but this profession chose her, it runs in her family. Abagail is the proud daughter of an incredibly talented pet groomer. Her mother has been professionally grooming since 1993 and Abagail has had a lifetime of opportunity to learn the intricate details and skills of animal care from her family. Because of this, she has worked handling dogs and cats a lot prior to her time at Pack Pals, both professionally and personally. Her fulltime work here began in 2018 and she took ownership of the company from our wonderful founder, Natasha Cole, in 2021. Abagail is a homebody at heart and spends her time outside of work playing with her two German Shepherds in their two acre fenced in yard in Altamont NY.
Fluffy cat owner, nature explorer, and canine recreation specialist.
Anna comes from an extensive background in animal care and began working for Pack Pals fulltime in 2021. She has been a dog daycare manager at two facilities and has cared for pets boarding with medical needs at a veterinary hospital. Anna has been a tremendous help on weekdays during our walks and play dates, allowing our pack to have structured and constructive social opportunities. Anna is also an experienced overnight pet sitter and offers this service to our clients! When she's not caring for our Pack Pals members she spends time with her own furry family member, a beautiful cat named Mickey. Anna's experience, love of the outdoors, and love for pets shines through in all that she does- we are honored to have her on our team.
Dog Mom Extraordinaire
Doodle owner, basketball coach, school teacher, and pet sitter superhero.
Carlin first joined Pack Pals as a client in 2018 when she needed walks and social opportunities for her older dog, Gunner (white), while working full-time as a teacher. After seeing how much fun he was having with us she decided to join our pack herself in 2019. Though she still enjoys her job teaching physical education and coaching basketball, she now also does walks and play groups for us during school vacations and has become our number one sitter for our boarding clients! Carlin adopted her second dog, Ace (tan), in 2019 and has a big, fenced-in yard with lots of room for our guest dogs to play! Carlin's compassion for pets and active lifestyle make her an irreplaceable team member.
